Therapeutic Massage Treatments
Our Therapeutic Massage Treatments are tailored to your individual needs by combining various specialized therapies, bodywork, and relaxation techniques that encourage your body's own healing ability. Aromatherapy is included to enhance your experience using 100% pure essential oils and uniquely blended herb-filled eye pillows. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water after your therapy session. Pure spring water and herbal teas are available.
Swedish Massage A full body treatment using long flowing strokes, kneading, friction, percussion, and shaking motions that is physically and mentally calming and revitalizing. Deep tissue applications can be made when appropriate or when requested to work out specific areas of discomfort or improper biomechanics. Massage can provide emotional and spiritual balance.
Neuromuscular Therapy Deep tissue treatment developed by osteopathic physicians that balances the nervous and the musculoskeletal systems breaking pain cycles and eliminating muscle spasms. The Neuromuscular treatment is applied to specific areas to improve improper biomechanics and posture. Excellent rehabilitation of soft-tissue injury such as: whiplash, sports or repetitive injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
Athletic Maintenance Massage A combination of techniques that focus on flexibility, biomechanics, posture, stress patterns, scar tissue and existing injuries. Together we can develop a program designed to meet your specific athletic needs to help restore and keep the body in better physical condition. This can prevent injuries and improve athletic performance.
Warm SeaStones - Enhancer
Experience the comfort of warm stones during your therapeutic massage session. Warm stones may be added and used where appropriate to help soften muscle contractions in a therapeutic way or to enhance relaxation. (N/C)
Mini-Thai Facial - Enhancer
A natural masque using a blend of honey and herbs to soften, cleanse, and moisturize the skin is applied together with an energy balancing and soothing massage to the meridians and acupressure points of the face.
