Banana Burrito

Ingredients:

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one side of a tortilla.  Spread 1 tablespoon of 100% fruit spread (or honey) over the peanut butter.  Place the banana at the edge of the tortilla, fold in sides and roll it up.  For fun, you can cut the banana burrito into bite size prices using toothpicks to keep each piece wrapped.

Ingredients:

Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately after blending while the mixture still has a bubbly milkshake-like consistency.  This recipe is for several servings.  Either pass it around to your family or save it for sipping throughout the day.
