Sports massage typically utilizes modalities such as Swedish
Massage Therapy strokes and may include Deep Tissue Massage,
Myofacial Release, and Hydrotherapy along with facilitated
stretching techniques. The type of sport you participate in
will determine the muscle groups involved in the therapy.

maintenance massage program suited to your individual needs
based on activity level, prior injuries, biomechanical, flexibility,
etc.
